Community Town Hall
The University of Michigan welcomes members of the Ypsilanti Township community to a town hall to learn more about a new high-performance research computing center being built in collaboration with Los Alamos National Laboratory.

EVENT GUIDELINES
To help provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending the town hall, guests are asked to review the following event guidelines before arriving.
The following items will not be permitted inside the event:
- Bags, backpacks or purses
- Signs, placards, poster boards or banners
- Megaphones
- Weapons
- Tasers or stun guns
- Pepper spray, OC spray or other defensive aerosols
- Glass, metal or hard-plastic bottles or jars
- Balls or other projectiles
- Hard or frozen fruits or vegetables
- Projectors, speakers or other audiovisual equipment
- Noisemaking devices
- Skateboards, scooters or bicycles
- Masks intended to conceal an individual’s identity
- Animals other than service animals
- Monopods or tripods
- Baseball bats
- Hard- or soft-sided coolers
- Umbrellas
- Laser pointers
- Balloons
- Illegal drugs
- Any other items determined by event staff or security personnel to present a potential safety hazard
Guests are expected to follow event guidelines and instructions from event staff so that the town hall can remain safe and accessible to all participants. Individuals who significantly disrupt the event or do not comply with event safety requirements may be asked to leave.
